Honeywell PTM7950 Phase Change Pad Application Guide

1.Remove the wrapping film and cut the pad to match the chip size with clean scissors.
2.Peel off one side of the release film.Align and press the pad onto the chip surface.
Gently rub the pad to ensure full adhesion,carefully peel off the remaining release film.

Important Notes

1.If room temperature is high, refrigerate the pad (no freeze!) 10min to ease film removal .
2.Critical: Double-check that both release films are removed before final assembly.
3.After installation, re-tighten the heatsink screws to ensure proper contact pressure.
